Traverse Winding

Traverse winding provides longer continuous strip for extended run time, efficiency and productivity. Welds produced on our single-head or multi-head slitter/traverse winders provide reels of strip with welds that are dimensionally in tolerance with the strip dimensions and are smooth and free of distortion.

Welds can be marked to be detected by automated equipment or left unmarked to travel through the press without stopping.
